Requisitos: Sills Needed: ? Experience in e-mail communications in an online customer service or sales department. Effective communication skills with customers, including excellent writing skills. ? Amazing ability to prioritize and juggle tasks based on value to business at any given time. ? Ability to approach problematic situations with common sense and calm. ? Ability to learn Internet-based tools quickly. ? Fluent in reading and writing of English and Spanish is a must. ? Schedule flexibility is key, as this position will include weekends. Will be a plus: ? Fluent in reading and writing of French and/ or German. ? Experience in a similar position in a four or five star hotel or apartment rental agency. ? Strong familiarity with much of Madrid and its neighborhoods.

Requisitos: The candidate must have deep knowledge of the following areas: -SOA -SOA Governance -Web Services -BPM -High availability setups -ETL -EII The candidate must have demonstrable experience installing and configuring as many of the following TIBCO tools as possible: -EMS & Rendezvous -ActiveMatrix Service Bus or Service Grid -BusinessWorks, -Adapters for SAP, Siebel and Database -BusinessConnect -BusinessEvents -ActiveMatrix BPM or iProcess -Knowledge and experience with similar tools from other vendors would be an advantage Mandatory Education and Experience: - Bachelor degree in informatics / engineering plus equivalent work experience. - Fluent in English. - Three to five years of experience in the relevant fields - Experience with complex design and deployment projects.
